An organization can be running smoothly or it can have a spanner in the works. When we are on an organizational development project we work with analyzing the company to find which areas can be worked on to improve the well-being of the employees and optimising the company’s results. Following an analysis of the current situation, these projects will branch out into one or more specific areas for development, e.g. organizing of the personnel, job satisfaction, communication or cooperation within the team(s) or strategy.
